I have published some guides and I have posted them below, go through them, they will help you a great deal.
I have had the same thing happen to me, try every-thing you can as described in the guides. Maybe there is some-thing new to try.
If all else fails then the best bet is to get warranty support for your computer mainboard. Your mainboard is the most probable cause of system failure.
The published guides I talked about;
How do I reset my BIOS/CMOS to defaults?
My Computer is not turning on!!! Is it dead!!! No POST!!!

Hello,
A 480Watt power supply should be enough, if you do not have more than one hard drive, or not more than two optical drives and one graphics board.
I would suggest to make sure the front wiring is connect to the bottom right side of the mainboard, as these are for the: power on, reset, power led and had drive led.
Check your memory RAM sticks, make sure the end clips entered into the sticks, if not, good indication of possibly backwards. Done this myself as newer memory only has one slot and some boards will let them install enough to appear to be in right.
Check your power supply connector to the mainboard, some have 20, newer have 24 pins, easy to make a mistake.
Beleive me I have had these things happen, found to go back over again double check is good.
Good Luck
