Likely to be a problem with your broadband provider. Sometimes there can be a small change needed in settings if you're using Google Chrome browser. Go to settings, click on "show advanced settings" then make sure the box next to "predict network actions to improve page load performance" is not ticked, if it is, remove the tick. Might help, but sometimes it doesn't; if not, contact your ISP for advice.
