Jams in the Document Tray
When a document jams or misfeeds in the Document Tray, CHECK 5100 are displayed on the LCD.
When CHECK 5100 is displayed
1 Check if any paper is jammed.
If jammed, make sure to take out all the jammed paper.
2 After taking out jammed paper, turn the fax off, then turn it back on with [ON/OFF].
Jams in the Multi-Purpose Tray
If paper jams in the Multi-Purpose Tray, CLEAR PAPER JAM is displayed on the LCD.
1 Gently pull any jammed paper out of the fax as
shown, then press [Stop].
Pull it gently in either direction.
If you cannot pull the paper out, continue with the steps below.
2 Open the Printer Cover.
3 Gently remove the jammed paper inside the fax.
4 Press [Stop].
The fax returns to standby mode.

Starting SP Mode

1. Type the keys as follows:cleare mode button which appers in yellow color and continue the numbers 107

2. Press the cleare button which appers in red color and hold it down until the SP-mode menu is displayed (about 3 seconds) then switch OFF the machine and switch ON this process re-set the code -thanks

Try:

• ERROR LCD: The paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press [OK].
• ERROR LCD: Rear Cover The paper is jammed. Clear the paper and press [OK].

your pictures are too large you need to find them and resize them then use them for wall paper or you resolution is not set correctly for the screen size

Try restarting your printer once. check spooler service is on. go to command prompt and then type net start spooler to start the printer service.

Power up printer ,then press & hold the (STOP/RESET)button for 5 sec. Then restart printer.I think it fix your problem.

Sounds to me like a paper jam switch has either become dislodged, or malfunctioned...you'll need a tech.

there is a sensor which detects if there is a paper jam in the printer.that sensor is bit moved from its orignal position so it is continuously detecting the paper jam in your case.
