The top paper feed jams half way through....if I lift the right corner and minipulate (wiggle) the bar the motor / rollers crank back up and complete the cycle. I've cleaned the parts....shook out a staple but still no luck... do I have a Position Switch Problem???

Will not feed paper. Can print with manual feed in center of printer, but will not pick up paper in tray. It tries three times and can hear the motors whirring, but then stops trying and the attention...

When you look into the tray with the flashlight, you say the top rollers are spinning, are they touching the paper?
Pull open the tray and while you look from the back with the light, close the tray and see if the paper is being lifted to meet that top roller. Take out all the paper and watch it again. Make sure that the platform that the paper sits on in the tray is free to move up. Sounds like it is jammed.
Also check that roller that isn't spinning. Try to GENTLY rotate it with your fingers. If it does rotate, replace the tray. If the paper in the tray doesn't lift, replace the tray.

Paper feed jamms the paper all the time, will not feed without jamming from bottom tray, top tray jams every 2 to 3 prints or print with the top corner bent

Unless both feeder rollers went bad at the same time, which is unlikely, it must have something to do with the paper. It might be slightly damp, or not the correct kind. Try using high quality matte white paper from a brand new pack and see whether it still jams.

Paper doesn't feed

It could be a few things, but the times I've had similar problems it was either caused by the feed/gripper rollers in the paper trays being worn out, thus not feeding any paper or feeding half a sheet and then jamming.

Or, it could be that the elevator in your paper tray isn't lifting, but if it's taking paper it's probably the rollers.

NP6050 false paper jam

Can you see the paper pick-up rollers try to move and pick-up the paper? Or can you hear it make noise? Also, is the problem in paper tray 1? You may have to adjust or reform a inter lock arm on the right side door. If you push the back part of the right top door closer, will it feed the paper? If so there is adjustments for the door and look for a bent Tab on the hing part of the top door about half way up. Just a note have the paper pick-up & paper feed and paper sep rollers been replaced?

Paper Feed errors on 2400W

It is a timing issue, mine does the same thing. Here is fix. Open top door, remove drum cartridge, look inside for pickup roller ( the one that is shaped like a half-moon) reach down there and rotate it towards the front of the printer and downward so the curve ends up being pointed down to the bottom of the printer. You should here a loud click, that is the cam being reset. The cam is to the left behind the 2 gears. remove any paper feed jam, reinstall drum and close the top lid. This should reset it back correctly. Do the above steps with paper in tray and the power left on. Do not reset the printer after resetting cam position. Also it might take a few attempts to get the timing reset right, so dont give up after 1 failed attempt. I have had to do it 10 times before to get the timing right. Just make sure the curved area points downward.
