I have a blackberry bold 9300 and i pulled it out of the holster today to make a call and it gave me this jvm error 102. how do i fix this problem since taking the battery out does not seem to fix it. I know that battery was low and i forgot to put on the charger. thanks for the assistance in this matter

To fix that error, download Blackberry Desktop then connect your phone to computer. In BB Desktop manager select Device Software Update and wait till your software will be updated. You`ll need an active internet connection and pacience. No setting or data from the phone will be lost if the update will be succesful.

Your Blackberry just needs a firmware restore. Here's a guide on how to restore the blackberry firmware, the website is at : Restore Blackberry 9700. Download the Blackberry Desktop manager and run the application loader.

reload the software using desktop manager
