The problem centered around the fact that the HP209 would only print 8.5X11 sheets from Greeting Card Factory. Any other size seized up the pring spool.
We're going to return the HP (We think it's defective) and get an Epson.
have you tried to re-install the photosmart printer? You may want to go to hp.com and see if there is a patch that you can download for your software Or try going to the broderbund site and see if they have a patch there thet you can download Hope this helps :)
I'm printing wedding invitation envelopes (or A6) and had to set both my C4480 and psc1315 to a regular size 8.5x11 letter size but changed my margins to reflect the smaller size for my envelope with the left side of the screen being the more narrow margin. After adjusting the top margin accordingly, I fed the envelopes, flap side down and straight into the printer and voila...envelope addresses are printed. Good luck.

This is a paper size problem with the software, go to page setup and under "Paper Size" choose "User Defined" or "Custom" and fill in all of the dimensional information about the envelope and save with a name you will recognize. Now, when you print make sure you have selected the envelope from the paper list and you should be good to go. If you need further assistance, click "Ask Me" and I will answer your request as soon as I can.
