Hi, To solve this problem, follow step 1-download this original backup
2-store the backup file in memory card using Nokia Pc suite after connecting your phone by usb cable.
3-Select Menu > Settings > Sync and backup and then Restore backup
4-Select the backup file already stored on the memory card and restore it to the phone.

There are many hidden files and viruses in every data or files in your phone.If you have remove that particular files, still there are tempt files,recent files etc cannot remove.So the best thing is to restore it by selecting Restore All from phone setting.Before you do this make backup all important data like contacts to you sim etc.Thanks Good luck
