Your model number is not LPLH..... It is PLHS269ZCB4. No L in front.
Looks like the Ice maker is faulty. Change the Ice maker unit itself. The part number is Frigidaire OEM part # 241798224

That on/off arm...you should be able to move it and it will likely make a small click when the switch goes on or off. That arm controls the ice making. There is also a float, is it working freely? It has a switch too. Ultimately, the water is controlled by a solenoid valve. It may be defective. Many of these units are removable to test the switches with a multimeter. Turn off the water and remove to test. Some parts are available...some parts are by the unit only.

reach into the ice maker hook the ejector blades with a finger and pull them up a little you will hear a ratchet sound then watch them go around and listen for the fill valve before they stop let me know what happens
SOURCE: ice maker has ice in lower back part of ice maker, rotation stopd
you say ice in back of ice maker??? only the rear 2-3 cubes are filled??? adn the front 5 or so are empty??? then yes its possible low water pressure from a faulty filter can be an issue, shoudl be replaced at least every year. so you cant go wrong by changing it , at least rule it out!

on the bottom of the bin there is a metal rod, this goes into the back wall where the solenoid is. find the square hole it goes into, pull down the white plastic piece with your index finger. you should here a clunk. now put the bin back and check to see if ok. if not you may need to replace the solenoid assy.

there is probably a piece of ice caught under one of the harvest fingers, at this stage of the harvest, the ice arm is engaged and will not move freely until the harvest cycle is complete.
