No! you should be able to charge the battery without removing the card.

Date and time stamp and only comes when you are shotting and your camera support this faction. When After shotting, the time stamp won't be removed from or add to your pictures by your camera. And it's sorry for that, this Fujifilm JV100 doesn't support this faction

Press the MENU/OK button to bring up the menu. Press cursor-left to select a left tab. Use cursor-up/down to select SET. Press cursor-right to enter the setup menu. Use cursor-up/down to select "DATE/TIME" and press cursor-right.

hi,its better you bring your camera to the place were you buy. and request for replacement of the battery and for sure they will replace that.

restore it first if not working update the firmware with it usb cable.
download firmware from fujifilm website.

No. The camera does not incorporate any charging circuitry, that's why they supply a separate battery charger.

SD card up to 2GB, or SDHC card up to 8GB.

Take it back to the vendor, tell them your problem and ask them to demonstrate the camera to your satifaction. If they can't request refund or replacement.

You should have any problems with a new camera.
