If you turn off your computer incorrectly - by just turning off the power switch or unplugging it, Windows senses and remembers this. Then, the next time you start your computer Windows loads in safe mode.

To prevent this, be sure to shut down your PC properly by clicking on Start, Turn off Computer, and Turn Off. The next time you start your computer Windows should load normally .

Start your computor under safe mode, then try start windows under last known.... If that doesn't work. Again Start under safe mode and use system restore point. Go to a point before that update happened, start from there.

Try a System Restore, from Safe Mode. This will restore you to a time before you installed the "Problem". Press F8 at bootup, select Safe Mode, when you are asked if you wish to go to safe mode desktop or do a"System restore" choose that and follow instruction. Restore to a time prior to problem, reboot, you should be all good.. Ateeenhut

If it works fine in Safe Mode, I would bet you have an issue related to a virus or malware.

Run a scan in Safe Mode and make sure your computer is virus free.

If it didn't work okay in Safe Mode, I would've said you have a bad keypad and recommend replacing it.

Brand new computor freezes

It basically means that your game is incompatible (cannot play on ur OS).

All you have to do is:

Go to Safe Mode, To do this, you need to boot up and press f8 until you see the advanced options, go to Safe Mode. Login with the correct details, and go to control panel. Uninstall the game and restart your PC to take effects.

The next time your buying a software for your PC, check to see if it's compatible with your OS.
