OK, the internet settings and MMS settings is settings you will need to get from MTN themselves.

You will need to call MNT on this toll free number:08600 88638

This is a free number. Give them a call and explain to them that you want the MMS and internet settings for your mobile.

They will then send this settings to you via an SMS, then you need to save the settings.

Received a new mms from 27829262311 and asked me tobgo to www.mtn.co.za/mms Message ID:09ifq8. How do i access this mms in my computer.

When you receive this type of mms, then connect your PC to internet (If you are not having internet facility at home then try nearest cyber cafe) and go to the given site. As you go to the given site, there you will be asked to log in for viewing the mms So log in with the ID and password provided to you.

This is how you can access the mms.

I cannot receive my mms , they say i should go to www.mtn.co.za/mms and they gave the id but i can't login

I would advise you to contact the phone company, and request either a new ID for the webpage, or for instructions to enable MMS on your device.

You need to contact the helpline number of your network operator and ask them for the settings.they will send you the settings save it and activate it as default in your mms settings.
