You need to shop around for the mounting bracket that will fit the VESA MOUNT PATTERN FOR YOUR TV and be able to handle the weight of the TV.

How do I install a tv on my wall

First of all find out what size mount is on the TV. On the back of the TV you should see 4 screw holes to take the bolts of the stand. You can measure the space between the holes. Then you can search for a mount that will take that size. If the TV is big you will need a very strong wall mount.
When you get the mount it should have instructions for mounting it. But make certain the wall you are fixing it to can take the weight and is stable. Fix the mount to the wall, make certain that you use the correct screws and plugs for the screws. You should be able to tell if the mount is secure enough. If you have any doubts, get somebody in to do it. The mount will come with the correct fixing screws for the TV. You will need two people at least to fix a smaller TV to the wall and two people to hold a big TV while a third screws the mount to the TV.

I have a apex tv and a dvd/vhs recorder, with a cable from wall only, how do I install

If you wish to record (VHS) off cable :
First connect the co-ax cable from the wall to the input on the DVD/VHS , then connect a second from the output of the DVD/VHS to the input of the TV.
You will need to match the channel (3/4) output and input. There should be a switch on the back of the DVD/VHS.
Tune the TV to channel 3 or 4 to match, To watch DVD/VHS .
Channel selection will be with the DVD/VHS when it is powered on.
TV will tune to channel when the DVD/VHS is off.

How do you Wall mount a Sylvania LC370SS9 TV

If you have a wall mount kit, it is fairly simple. You just find the place that you want the tv to go and find a nearby stud to install the mount. After that you will want a second person to help with either holding the tv up or screwing in the tv to the mount. There are four screw holes in the back of the tv to screw through the wall mount plate into the back of the tv. Check to make sure it is stable, then you have successfully installed the tv to your wall

I'm trying to hang my TV on the wall. The studs are off center of the cove that is installed in the wall. Can I install this without studs? What kind of wall anchor can I use?

not using the studs is really not an option i would use but if you have to do this use butterfly fixings

Can my Toshiba 42WL58A be hung on a wall? Where can I find a manual for it? I've lost me manual and can't find any information on it.

Unfortunately the TV is not designed to mount on wall. Hence there is no wall mount bracket available from Toshiba to install it.. However, if you have a base in your wall you can use the supplied clip to hold it on the wall from leaning forward..
If you lost the manual, you can download the manual from the following link:

I want to buy and install HTS8140 on my 47PFL9632D TV. The TV is not wall mount and the idea is to be able to swivel both together.

There are universal mounts available that clamp to the tv screen instead of screwing into the back. They are called non-VESA wall mounts. Check BestBuy.

I'm installing a surround system in my basement. My question is where else can i install my center speaker? I'll be installing an electric fire insert with a large T.V. above on a 6ft stone tile wall. I'll...

Hi, you can tell your amp there is no center speaker and the sound will be diverted to the left and right or for better sound if you can get a custom install speaker built into the wall or if the tv is high up on the wall put your center in the ceiling.

hope this helps.
