My nokia 3650 was blocked its security code, the password was entered 5 times and it was blocked and i dant use it anymore

your password is the last 4 digits of your cell # if you haven't changed it... if the phone is asking for the security code as soon as you switch it on then i can give you the master code that resets the code to what it was when new usually 12345 the code only works if its asking for security code when you switch phone on.
Also the code is only accepted if the code hasnt been entered wrong more than 5 times if it has been entered wrong more than 5 times then the code wont work the code is in my next post ok let me know if you need further assistance ok...or try this Security Mastercode: 5001637057

Changing the security code

i think you enterd a wrong security code . you should enter correct security code for 2 times if you are entering wrong code for 5 times continuosly your puk code willbe blocked
