I have got a samsung mobile phone C3200 Monte Bar. When i want to write a new message,open inbox, or outbox i get the error initializing sms service. I tried to remove battery and sim card also.

First, attempt to fix the problem by removing the battery from the back of the phone. Replace the battery and power the phone back on. If this does not fix the problem, the phone needs to be serviced. Take it back to the store from which you purchased it and have them repair it.

try turning it off, and taking the battery out. could also be a problem with the sim card. good luck!
