in thermal fax call service 2 shows that there is problem in machine s mechanical .open back cover there is complete mechinacial at on side .just open cutter lock white lock then take it out from fx check mechanical properly .may bi some gear is broken in this there are also two sensors just clean them or replace.mian jee
