Black pages are usually caused by a defective toner cartridge.
When filling this cartridge you must have dislodged a small metal contact that comes into contact with a metal contact in the printer. When they dont meet, black pages occur.
I'll be captain obvious for a second, is the toner empty? If not, reset the printer and see if it will print. If that does not work, try to put in a new toner cartridge.
