Hi dschutz1018 Let me tell you that fb has change a lot. One you need to delete fb oof your phone and then delete your mobile phone off of fb. Next you have to restall yout mobile on fb. YOU WILL NEED TO change the settings on fb. Next you need to change the settings on your phone.you will need the latest fbsoftware app on your phone. Youwill have to go into the settings for the browser and aloow the java support and clean out the cache.. Remeber a bb is a mini computer. please contact me if you need more help ok

Where on the facebook homepage is the settings button so i can send pics from my cell phone??

1. sign up for mobile facebook and enter your confirmation code. The link is on the right hand side under GET CONNECTED, last thing in the list. Connect on the go.
2. send a picture in your phone to [email protected]
3. you will be sent a text msg with a confirmation code.
4. go to facebook on your computer and go to settings.
5. go to the mobile tab
6. were it says confirmation code type in the code that was sent to your phone.
now your photo will be on facebook! the code can take awhile to be sent, but if it doesnt come soon, try sending it again.
once you confirm the first picture you send you can send more pictures without having to put in a code!

OR....
The first step is to make sure your mobile number is listed in your facebook mobile preferences under 'account' if you haven't done that already, and that it's confirmed. Also make sure you have the MMS photo/video subscription option in your plan from your provider and a data plan if you're using Facebook

Once those are set up the two ways I upload pictures are:

Option #1: Using Facebook for BlackBerry you can use the "Upload a Photo" option which also allows you to tag the photo.

Option #2: Send an MMS to [email protected], [email protected] or 32665 (I have this number in the "mobile" field for Facebook in my address book) This does in fact depend where you live... It may NOT be 32665, in your area..
You need to contact FB, to check on that fact.

To upload a photo, take the following steps.

Go to your Photo Stories page by clicking "Photos" at the bottom of your Home page.
Click the "Upload Photos" link.
Click the "Choose File" button to select a photo from your phone.
Enter a caption for the photo in the "Photo caption" text box.
Click the "Upload" button to upload the photo.

Blackberry curve won't upload photos to facebook. have tried resetting mobile settings on fb, but still doesn't work. I keep getting error message: ''There was an error uploading this photo''

First, download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Manager software from: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=DA5FB46338C8C0DCB1039F7898184FC5

Once installed, connect your BlackBerry to your computer via the USB sync cable. Open Desktop Manager, and click the Application Loader. On the right, you will see Update your device software. Click the Start Button, and if your BlackBerry is not on the latest Handheld Software, an update will appear. Select the update, and run the install. Be sure to select the option that backs up and restores your data. Once started, do not shut down your computer, or disconnect the USB sync cable as this could damage the device.

Once completed, your BlackBerry will restart and you will have the latest version available. This version has been known to correct various issues, such as this.

If the issue is still present, then it could be hardware related, and may need to be repaired or replaced. I would then suggest contacting your Provider for Hardware Support.

My Blackberry Curve 8520 shows all the messages sent using my Microsoft Exchange account, including sent messages. Is there a way to only view the inbox, not the sent messages?

Hello,

In order to only see the inbox you have to go into your email messages.
Then use the BB button and go to options.
In Options go to General Options.
There you will find the option "Hide sent Messages" Yes/NO

Need to email photos from blackberry to computer

1- Install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager Software on your PC
2- Use the USB cable to connect the BB to you PC
3- Navigate to the BB (just like a USB stick) and you have a folder with all the pics in it.

Blackberry curve 8320 phone does not turn on but red let goes on then turns off. not the battery

you need to reflash you OS on to the phone...

you can connect the phone using the usb cable to the laptop/pc/mac that you are using then open your desktop manager (blackberry).....open apploader then click on software update and upload the OS back to the phone this should work...it has for every phone i fix that just have a red led blinking...also if the DM does not see your PIN, remove the battery from the phone then connect it again you should see BB PIN:UNKNOWN just click next and you should be good to go.

I have a 8350i form nextel and the mic is really bad. Everyone says that my audio is muffled. I was sent another phone and it sounds the same way. Is this common with bb? Is there a fix for this?

you will need to take the phone to a mobile shop and have it replaced or service.
