Five weeks ago i was using my sound card without any problem.and now that i have reformated my pc i was unable to use my sound card.because i have lost my sound card driver cd.and i need a driver to my sound card.could you please help me on this?

My Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 sound card was working perfect till i formatted my PC. I have misplaced the installation CD, dowloaded the driver from Creative website, however the Mic is not being detected. tried uninstalling the hardware and re-installed it. Same! does not work. I suppose the issue could be due to this: software that used to do the diagnosis of the sound card is missing this time, however I m not quite sure. Assiatance would be appreciated. where can i download the software that does the hardware testing and helps me fix these issues??
