Need a service manual for my 1999 case 1840 uni-loader

carburetor is slightly gummed up. Choking it a bit compensates for the clogged jets

The lift pump feeds the injector pump. It is a mechanical diaphragm pump similar to pre 86 auto fuel pumps. Disconnect the inlet and outlet lines on each side and then the 2 bolts that hold it on the side of the block. It has a arm that is driven off the cam and is simply put back in place as it was when removed. Not too complicated, the manual lever on the bottom is then stroked to remove all air by bleeding at the first fuel filter bleeder screw on top of filter housing.

in the oil tanks are gauze filters on the end of the pick up pipes ,check they are clean

Hi, I have a 2005 Case 410 that has 391 hours on it just had the oil and air filters changed 10 hours ago. While using the skid steer it suddenly shut down on me and wont start when I turn the key the hour meter reads ACC. I checked the voltage on the battery checked out at 13 volts coming out, and tried jump, no go. Checked the oil which was at a right level and seemed fine. There is a drain plug at the back of each chain case, to let old fluid out. Once drained you can refill through the plug on the side between the wheels near the bottom of the case, or remove the 6 bolts that hold the outer bearing on the drive motor, and fill through that larger hole. Each side take 6 liters, and Case recommends their 10w-30 engine oil. In hot climates, 15w-40 engine oil will work.
