this is the hardware issue in this model, sony change the mother board , charge for the same is too high, so please check with any local hardware technician.

Generally you are able to use Windows Vista drivers that came with your laptop for Windows 7 as well.

If you don't have the driver CD that came with your laptop (I'm not sure if Sony ships driver media with laptops), you can use the Sony download page for VGN-CR 353. This page has all the drivers that ship with the laptop, as well as updated drivers.

Some drivers are packaged as 32 or 64-bit. To find out which architecture of Windows you're using, check out this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827218. Note that the instructions for Vista are the same for 7.
