Whenever i login facebook, i click on play farmville, but farmville does not load. page directs to diagnose connection problems. my cousin opens farmville on the same laptop but the problem is with me. earlier there was no such problem and i have crossed over 80 levels of farmville - please help.

Hi! have you tried playing games on facebook other than farmville? If yes, then close the internet explorer. And then re-open it and logon to facebook website. Re-open the farmville application. If you can chat your friends on facebook, ask them if they can play farmville. If yes, then try to browse other websites such as yahoo, friendster, twitter etc. Check if you connection is faster on those sites mentioned. If all else fails, try to restart pc and re-open facebook. If farmville application did not work, I suggest you login to another computer just to check if the farmville application did not materialize on your personal computer. sounds like an account database isshue associated with farmville itself on facebook. contact customer support by doing the following
