SOURCE: i bought a 2002 alpine cda-7892 cd radio i need wiring manual

just run the rca wires from the back of your radio to your amp as well run a direct power wire from your battery to your amp then run a ground wire somewhere on your cars metal surface look for a bolt that you can loosen to whrap the wire around then run a wire from your fuse box tap into a fuse socket that is only powered when the ignition is on you can buy a complete amp wireing kit at pepboys or walmart that will come with instructions good luck....

My alpine works fine when its on the tuner but when I put it on cd there is no sound. I don't know what's going on I checked the wiring.

Are you running your audio through an amplifier? If you are, it sounds like you are using the blue wire (power antenna remote turn on) instead of the blue/white (amplifier remote turn on). The blue wire shuts off when you leave tuner mode, thus turning your amp off.

Hi i turn my alpine on and i have 2 retune the radio stations i store them but when i get back in my car i have 2 start 2 retune any idears

Probably you dont have the constant pos (+) wire hooked up to hot (+) wire and only to a source that is switched. Switched means every time your key is removed from ignition switch the positive current from that source will also power down. There are two positive leads from the unit, 1 always hot and the other needs to be switchable. The constant hot (usually yellow) powers the memory for your settings. Just like your television set, once you pull the cord off the socket everything returns to default setting.
