How to reformat or restart the nokia 2630
Hello! Welcome to FixYa!

To reformat or restart your Nokia 2630 dial from your keypad *#7730# or *#7370# it will ask to confirm press OK. It will take some time and your handset will be reformat & restored to original settings. If it ask for security code in formatting process then default security code for Nokia is 12345
You can also restart or reset your Nokia 2630 manually.
Go to Menu >> Settings >> Restore factory settings. It will ask for confirmation press ok and then enter the default security code 12345. It will take some time and your handset will be reformat and restarted.

You have not mentioned which settings you want to restore. I take it that you want to restore factory settings.Go to settings in the menu and choose restore factory settings. Your phone will be set to factory settings and you can start afresh
