i have nokia 6234.i want to restore factory settings.but i have not its security code.

If you are reffering to the sound during a call, then all you do is push the 12:00 position on the dial type button(multifunction switch) and that wiill increase the volume. If you are reffering to a video playback then yes the sound is way too low and the only solution is a headphone set. Thanks, Dana
