Same issue.. light comes on, tumbler won't start up to dry clothes. When I turn the timed drying dial, it sounds like it is timing down, but when I press the start button - it doesn't. sometimes the control knobs that you set your dryer to different heating sets will go bad but it is in the control panel some where i whould say it is the heating setting
