my computer can't play song because my computer say's Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There may not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly. so how can solve this problem?

1. Use Windows Media Player to put songs on your Coby MP3 player. Download songs in MP3, WMA, or OGG format from a legal downloading website. what is the error? wrong codec or no audio device installed/detected?
in the case of the first problem, try downloading something like k-lite codec pack. otherwise you have the wrong audio drivers installed. for that you need your motherboard number, google for it for the right drivers, or alternatively download everest, find your audio model number, and download drivers for the mdel via google.

try to uninstall the software and then the soud card of your computer.. then attach it again and install the software.

In the windows media player go to > now playing - more options - devices - speakers then changed the audio device to use your soundcard.

Also, uninstall any other players, they usually interfere with each other.
