Blackberry 8530 cannot find / pair with bluetooth Samsung stereo headset. Tried putting both into discoverable mode, no help. This headset will pair with my Blackberry 8320 phone, but the music speeds up and slows down and pauses when playing through the bluetooth headset (not when using a wired headset). Yes I reset the 8320 no help. So I removed the trusted status of the bluetooth connection on the 8320 to the Samsung headset, so it will not automatically pair up, and tried to pair it with the 8530, but the 8530 cannot find the headset.

1. Turn on Bluetooth headset and Blackberry hand-held.
2. Enable the Bluetooth radio by going to the options window and clicking on Bluetooth. Click on Enable Bluetooth in that window.

3. Add your Bluetooth headset to your Blackberry by clicking on Add Device in the Bluetooth window

4. Find and select the name of your Bluetooth headset from the list that appears. The Blackberry will search for all Bluetooth devices within range, so other devices might show up on the list

How can I make working plantronics 232 with my verizon blackberry 9650

The headset must be put into pairing mode. Once you make your Blackberry phone discoverable, then put the Plantronics 232 headset into pairing mode by pressing the call control button until it flashes red and blue. If it's not flashing red and blue, then it is not in pairing mode. Here is a link for the pairing instructions for the 230 headset (which is the same for the 232):

Plantronics voyager pro plus is connected and paired with blackberry tour. when a call is coming in, I cannot answer or hang up the phone from the bluetooth headset.

Make sure that your Blackberry's headset mode is activated. If the headset mode is turned on in the Blackberry menu and settings, you may also need to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.

I can not pair my headset HS820 with my BB 8520. My BB does not recognize it...what can i do?

First Ensure that your Blackberry 8520 is in discoverable mode (Settings>Options>Bluetooth) once in Bluetooth hit Menu (the button to the left of trackpad, Select options to turn Discoverable on, once you have done that ensure your bluetooth is in Pairing mode (solid blue light, except Plantronics brand which will alternate Red and blue lights) then have the device search and it should find it, select connect, then enter the headset (typically 0000 unless Bluetooth owners manual says otherwise) and it should pair just fine from there

Hope This Helps!

I want to connect my Blue tooth device to my BlackBerry 8530 and I don't know how- This Bluetooth device used to be connected to a cellphone I had over a year ago- Now I have the NEW BlackBerry 8530... but...

In order to pair this headset with your BlackBerry, you need to place the headset in to pairing mode. To do this, press and hold the talk button until the indicator light turns blue and stays lit after blinking.

After you do this, go to the bluetooth setup area and search for a device. Once it locates your headset, it will prompt you for a PIN. This PIN should be the factory default, 0000. I hope this helps!

How do I pair my WEP 200 samsung bluetooth to my phone blackberry phone

Your phone MUST have the bluetooth on and discoverable. When it is press and hold the power button on the WEP200 until the light turns on steady should be 5 to 10 seconds. With this done, use your blackberry to search for a new device, should be in the bluetooth menu. It should find the headset. Your phone will ask for a password enter "0000" (four zeros) then press pair or enter. It will take a few seconds to connect. Your phone will automatically connect to this headset when you power it on. Don't forget to turn the phone back to un-discoverable when done. I hope this helps.
