Deleting or formatting won't make the data in computer hard drive erased permanently.
Those deleted data is still stored on the computer hard drive , it's just invisible or inaccessible. Only the FAT or NFTS table is erased (the information about where those data were saved), but the real data are still intact there in sectors of the hard drive.
So as long as those data are not overwritten by new data, it's highly possible to recover them. And the MOST Effective way is to rely on some format recovery programs.
Try asoftech data recovery program, which can recover data after deeply scanning your computer hard drive to look for lost data you accidentally deleted or formatted. download the software from link below Format Recovery Software
try formatting
the HDD (make sure you
backup templates and address book if you use them.) To format HDD hold 0
and 8 while turning on the copier, when the machine comes ready key in
690 and hit start. It will then display "2 2", hit start again.
Wait for it to say please reboot the machine, turn it off and back on.
Hopefully this will work but if not, your HDD will need replacing.
Well you should have gone in and marked the sectors that you think are bad, by formatting it odds are you wiped the data off it, you can try a low level recover but I dont think your going to find much. Sorry format means format.
