The experience that I forgot Windows password happened to me a few weeks ago. And my classmate recommends me to take use of Windows Password Recovery 6.0, which is very smart and just take me a short time to reset a new password. It is great and you can find it by clicking blue words。

Power on your phone without simcard. Press *2767*3855#
Your phone will restart.
Now insert your sim and power on the phone.

Try holding down ctrl, alt and then push del twice. Try to log on as administrator without a password.

Do you mean you forgot the password for your email account?
If yes, you may remember the answer to the secret question that you selected while creating an account or try sending the password to the secondary email account you provided during the registration process.
