Hold down the adjust button until something starts blinking. press set to change it to what you want and mode to go to the next thing. when you are finished press adjust to get it back to the normal screen.

To turn off the hourly beep on a Mingrui sports watch, you can try the following steps:

The crown ( the winder as used to be) will pull out one ,two, or three stops. Each stop does somthing different.e.g. 1 - hands, 2 - day, 3 - date. Sometimes, the second stop will do two functions - turn one way for day and the other for date.

To change the Alarm
Hold mode whilst on the time section. then start/stop changes between hour and minute, adjust changes the number.
To get off that press mode again.
To change the actual Time Go on to the stopwatch section
Hold Mode, if it shows you the alarm press mode to change to time. The seconds should be flashing, press start/stop to change between hour minute second date, and adjust changed the number.
