The "try the Samsung codes" suggestions works. I have a ONN (Seiki) LE-24G90. The first Samsung code on the HDTV list (1019) did the trick on my Telus CISCO ST6400 remote.

For all the seiki tv owners in canada (bell remote) I was able to program the remote by first pressing the tv and select button, then pointing towards the tv until it goes off. as soon as it goes off press the select button on your bell remote. that should do the trick.
be the way when the remote is pointed to the tv it will blink occasionally. just leave it as it search for the right code

The 4 digit code 0060 worked for me with a comcast remote - light gray remote with dark grey OK button. this was on a Seiki 22' LCD TV. I programmed the TV control on the comcast remote first by using 0000 (remote blinked twice accepting the code) then using 0060 (blinked twice again). This code seems to work. Not sure if the sequence or combination is actually needed.

Seiki 24G90 will not turn on. Lights to lower right are blue centre light remains orange and does not turn the normal blue colour as when working properly.
