Perhaps you can call your local Sear store and ask them what course of action you should follow.
Someone will need to take the refrigerator ice maker all apart and find the part that is broken or out of adjustment.

I believe I answered this one on another page of unsolved problems HERE. Thanks for the model number. If the ice slots inside the ice maker are empty try pouring tap water in the slots and allow the water to freeze. If after the water freezes the ice drops into the ice bucket and the ice maker does not refill this would indicate that the side of the=> W10408179 Water Inlet Valve is defective on the side that controls ice maker water supply. If the ice maker just sits there and does nothing this would point to a defective ice maker. Depending what is wrong with the ice maker will determine what parts are replaced. The ice maker tells the water valve when to send the water on up. Replace the ice maker! goodluck!!!
