1. If you have already plugged in the power cord, unplug and re-plug into another electrical wall
outlet. This may reset the Standby mode.
2. Add water to the water tank and press the On/Standby button to select a steam setting.
3. If your unit still does not work, call Customer Service at 1-800-798-7398.

Check in the following order.1. Plug unit in firmly in wall socket.2. Check fuse or breaker. Replace fuse/reset breaker.3. Check the continuity of the power cord.
