I need a wiring diagram/schematic for a toshiba video/converter board from a 50 inch rear projection tv

You need a new projector bulb. Google up your model and buy the best warranteed one you can find. Buy a "caged assembly" and not just a bare bulb.

Then unplug your tv and get a screwdriver. Follow your model's instructions and just snug down the electrical screws. Do not overtighten them.

Then consult your manual on how to reset the lamp timer so it knows you put a new bulb in and fires up from the first try.

Treat yourself because you've just saved yourself a trip from a repairman!!

Check you setup selections , on the menu tab , it
may be set to sap or second language due to the
surge.

Cold solder joint on the board. Time to call a TV tech..

Backlight main video board is going,video board must change,about $500 with labors.

Ur power inverter board is dead.
U need a new one.

There is a good chance that it is a bad CRT or a bad CRT Driver Board.

Well without the schematic, knowing Toshiba they have alot of convergence problems, so see if the fuse blown in the convergence area, if you you may have to replace convergence amps. These are the big STK's. Most of the time there was a color problem with set before going out. If no problem with this on your set then look in the HV area Hor. and Ver. area. Hope this helps!
