I have an st699 programmer its set to go on twice a day heating up but when the wife gets up after ive gone to work the timer is not at the correct time so no heating any ideas as new ones expensive to buy
I have the same priblem - except botrh the heating and hot water lights are illuminated - bit the boiler is not on. I've removed the front part and it's evident that there has been some overheating on resistors - there are several scorch marks around the PC board. My friend who's a sparky make the comment - 'It's knackered'. I've moved the zone valves to manual - boiler straight away fires up!!
Solution new timer unit!!
