As the printer shuts down, it will automatically attempt to remove any paper that is jammed.<br /> </li> <li> Pull any paper that is visibly sticking out of the printer. This can help to remove it if the paper is loose enough.<br /> </li> <li> Open the printer as you would to change the ink cartridges. Check inside to see if you can find the jammed paper and gently pull it out. You may need to remove the ink cartridges.
