My Nokia E63 will not display numbers in the missed call log, even when these numbers are in my contacts. It says 'no number' and will not let me return the call. Please help, this is very annoying and people (especially my boss) think that I am ignoring them because I dont call back.

Resetting to factory settings will probably sort it out. But you might loose the data stored on the phone. You'll find the reset in the menu, tools, settings.
I'm assuming that you switch your phone off sometimes, if you don't, try a restart first.

The problem you are experiencing occurs when you store your contacts on your Sim card and the memory in use is your phone memory or vice versa

what you should do is this;

In your contacts settings copy your contacts into your phone memory and set your memory in use to phone memory

You wouldn't experience this problem anymore
