Door won't unlock
Did all of the water drain out of the washer during the spin?
Select DRAIN & SPIN to remove any water remaining in the washer. The washer door will unlock at the end of the drain.
Is the door locked and is the "Add Garment" light on?
Press START/PAUSE once. The door will unlock.

Something is probably stuck in the pump, I had this happen a week after I received the machine to find out there was a piece of tie string stuck in the water pump.
mine has done the same but now won t reset
I'm having an issue with my washer, I tried to start it but it won't start now the door won't open or unlock!! Has anybody else had an issue like this
On The Amana Tamdem 7300 Washer, Yes, had to Manually, Reach UNDER and Pull tab down to Open door. It would NOT continue with Spin and Drain. Flashes WASH led( lighted circle), but dead elsewhere. NOTE: It all started when she Overloaded it with Pillows, Heavy Big pillows, went to knocking for a while. She was in wheelchair and couldn't get to it in time.
