For connecting your cellphone with the Laptop or PC you need driver with PC suite. But as you specify that you don't have the driver CD then you may download the driver from the internet by following the simple steps:
But for this you need Internet Connection:
* Install the PC Suite and connect your cellphone with your PC or Laptop using data cable or Bluetooth.
* Now on your PC desktop right click on My computer icon and Select Properties and then Device Manager (You can also access Device Manager from Control Panel).
* Now in the Device manager you found some YELLOW Exclamatory icons search for your mobile device name and right click on it and then select UPDATE DRIVER SOFTWARE...
It will automatically download the driver now just restart the PC and again connect the Cellphone with the pc it will work now.

Perhapse this worked (without New pc studio, But install samsung Drivers from CD).
Solution: In your cellphone go to Settings---> Phone settings---> PC connections and select Media player option (or Ask on connection). Connect your cable (if you select Ask on connection option, you should response to your cellphone and select Media player option )and when the cellphone connected, open the My computer. Perhapse you can see your cellphone there.
Use your Samsung cd and install Pc studio after this use Data cable
then connect mobile and pc.If cd is not available then use the link
below and have the pc Studio downloaded from its manufacturer official

First you need to activate GPRS in your sim card after that the network provider will give you one settings.you want to save this settings. and now your mobile is ready to use internet. you can connect your phone to pc through samsung pc studio then you can use internet in pc from mobile. otherwise you can use internet in your phone by using any of browser....
Please check whether the pc studio is compactable to the os in your pc xp will supportthe CD that you got with mobile . But for vista you need to download vista supported pc studio...
