Did you installed any wrong driver before getting the right one?
go to my computer->properties ->
select hardware from the tab. click on device manager
go right at the end in devices tree check usb devices with yellow exclamation marks. right click and unistall if you have any with yellow exclamation mark. after you finish the process of unistallation of marked devices. click on scan for hardware changes. you will find the icon right under the menu in device manager window.

Hope this will solve the problem

For full support for your webcam visit the creative website - identify your camera and click on it to navigate to the support page for your model.
Before you download the latest software - disconnect your webcam - uninstall any existing software and restart your computer
