If you are talking about the pilot bearing in the flywheel?... then pack the area behind the bearing with grease then pound a rod the size of the bearing opening into the hole of the bearing. this pressure will force the bearing out. Or you can use a slide hammer with craw tips to extract the bearing.

I bought replacement bearing and It's in two pieces, the bushing and the bearing which is seated in the bushing, I got the bearing out but the bushing won't come out, I've tried the grease idea and there isn't enough for the slide hammer pulley to grab, (maybe 1mm). How do I get that bushing out?

I have a 1994 dodge dakota 4cyl 2wd and sometimes my gears wont go into first or reverse have to pump the clutch then goes in gear what could be wrong

it could be a couple of things. Your throw-out bearing, which does the actual shifting when you shift the gears. the other is the clutch is worn not allowing the throwout bearing to fully engage. When you replace one it is best to replace both because the transmission has to be removed to replace either.
check the fluid level in the transmission and check underneath for any leaks as well.

My 1994 dodge dakota v-6 3.9 slt has had a sqeal noise to it for 30 days, I thought it was the top pulley. Yesterday it started giving me problems putting it in to gear. The clutch feels normal and I can...

the clutch is not "disengaging" most likely a pilot bearing, or the disc, the trans will have to come out and the problem found. most likely the complete clutch will need replacement, dont forget to replace the rear main oil seal while the clutch is out, and have the flywheel resurfaced.

The fan blade is loose & wobbles on the shaft on my dodge dakota

Fix it now or forever pick up the pieces...You have one of two problems possibly both...The fan clutch that the fan is bolted to has a bad bearing. replace it Or, the bearing in the water pump has failed. again...replace it. If fan clutch failed carefully check pump ...shaft bearing can be damaged by wobbling assembly. Seriously...don't ignore this if fan gets loose,it will damage far more than the problem you now have!!!
good luck!!

1998 Dodge dakota 4 cyl. manual trans.

You may want to try adjusting the clutch. I think Dodge have adjustment options. it seems that the throw out bearing is too close to the clutch and does not "throw out' as it should.
