I work as a computer technician here in a school and i have 2 units of HP1410 with problem related to printing both of these are working when used for scanning. The problem is that on the first printer everytime you turn on it feeds a single blank paper then fedds again the second one with print regarding the alignment page although i finished already the alignment method, then it is started to print normally but in reverse order meaning the document you print was started on the last page up to the beginning of the page and then i noticed that all the remaining papers on the tray feeds and ejected it. On the second printer the problem paper jam warning always occured but there are no obstruction i can find here. What ive done to this printer i have already swap both printer head carriage assembly for testing and identifying the cause of trouble but same problem occur on both. Is this problem condidered a fault on the mainboard? And what should i do..Thanks and more power.
Did you try scanning the test page after printing? this usually keeps the printer from reprinting the test page each time it is turned back on. Not sure about the paper jam.

Yes i tried scanning the test page and finished the alignment procedure but after turning off the printer and then turning on the alignment page always print out first. After that every document you print it loaded first a few blank pages then it print normally in reverse order last page to first page and all the remaining papers on the tray will pick it up and ejected with no print out. .There are no such problems I encounter when using it as scanner though only in printing. Thanks for your help.
Thanks, My printer the problem of paper jam warning always occured but there are no obstruction I can find there. It can scan during the error flashing. What should I do..Thanks and more power.
