Hi, Your mobile is locked to network carrier. So only it shows the message "contact service". So contact your network carrier and ask to unlock your mobile. Else get unlock from any reliable service on the market. If you wish you can go through the website Superunlockcodes.com to get unlock code for your mobile. the phone has reached end of its life span, that's why it is asking you to "contact service". Contact service actually means, contact the manufacturer (Nokia). The phone's operating system is affected and cannot boot.

I think its high time you purchased another phone.

Hi, When a phone is asking for PUK number, Puk code are not related to the phone your using, but it's related to the Sim card. Which you will need to contact the service provider network for your Sim card...

Go to the nearest service outlet of your service provider they can also help you.

Contact your sim customer care department over phone. Its free of cost to get the pin or puk no.
If you cant contact through your phone get some other phone and contact them.

There is no other place to get Puk code than the above procedure only your service provider can give
it nobody else in this world nor any software.

Inorder tosolve your PUK problem, *kindly contact your service provider (customer care) *Tell your phone number and they will give your PUK code *Enter that code on your cell phone(that ask puk code) *Then your phone ask another pin code&to verify,there you can type your desired code(say 0000,00000,1234,12345). * Then your phone will restart normally.... Please contact your service provider as each PUK code is determined by agreement between them and the phone manufacture.

HI If you are asking for pin contact your service provider , he will give you a default pin . If you try pin more than few predefined no of times your phone will ask PUK code which can also be given only by your service provider which is specific for each and every mobile number . Donot try PUK code many times or else your sim will be blocked and you will need a new sim.

if it is asking a PUK you can refer to this suggestion.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call your phone service company, they can retrieve the puk code from a database
for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.


The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone should not ask for the PUK anymore.
