Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it's still for sale. Bissell no longer offers it for purchase online.

If you go to the Bissell web page for the Revolution, you can type in your zip code and find out if any stores in your area sell it.

I changed the belt on my bissell Cleanview revolution 3596 twice and both times the belt burned and starting to smoke. I'm not sure what to do now I have two broken belts what could I be doing wrong?

Sounds like the brush that the belt runs (or is supposed to run) is being kept from turning. If you can get the brush out to clean it and lubricate the ends that go into the holder clips, this should solve the problem. With the new belts burning and smoking it appears that the motor is running okay, but as I said, the brush that is supposed to be turning is frozen solid from debris or dirt. Need to free the brush and lubricate the brush holders with some WD40.

Where does the belt go?

If you are looking straight onto the vacuum it goes on the right side around a small metal bar and then around the brush. Make sure that when you push the brush up that both caps are twisted in the correct position so it will slide easily into the grooves.

We have a Bissell Clearview Revolution #3595 and the motor when turned on Screeches, loudly, it does ****, just incredibly noisy we have already changed the belt

Sounds like a bad motor, part # 2032211It would cost around $60 for a new one. Did you check the brush roll to see if it is making alot of noise, if it is then replace it.

Bissell Lift-Off Revolution keeps clogging

Sounds like it is partially clogged. That yellow thing you are talking about, twist it and it should come out, clean or replace the filters, then re-install it. Check the hose and make sure there isn't a clog in it and clean any other filter. One problem with this bagless is the filters will clog up fast and need to be cleaned on a regular basis. Another place a clog happens is in the inlet by the brush roll.

High pitched screeching/broken handle release

For the handle problem, detent lever part #2030052 and costs $4 to $5. A bearing in the motor is what is making it sound bad, part #2032211 and will cost around $60. You could try bissell.com or call them. They can at least let you know who has Bissell parts near you.
