Unlocking the door:
Turn on the washer, but don't start any wash cycles. After a few minutes, the door should unlock itself.
Troubleshooting the "nd" message:
"nd" means "no drain". Empty the (now unlocked) washer and fill the wash tub with just enough water to see a bit of water at the bottom of the tub. Run a drain cycle and check a) if it drains and b) if there are any unusual noises while it is draining. If either event occurs during the drain cycle, the drain pump may have to be repaired/replaced.
The "nd" indicates "no drain" and would usually mean something is wrong with the drain pump.
I would suggest checking the drain pump for obstructions or if it hums or tries to run.
Most likely there is a piece of clothing in the pump or it's bad and needs to be replaced.
The wrong soap might cause excessive suds and create a drain problem.
