Buy another computer. Not liking defeat,I have been trying to FIX this missing driver problem for TEN months. I feel like taking a sledge hammer to this WINDOWS 7 ASRock AM75 piece of JUNK !!!!

Hello, If you are sure this drivers are missing,then you have to download it and install it,how do you know whether a driver is missing, go to device driver and see is there is yellow marks on the so called missing drivers.And how do you get this drivers back.Go to start>programs>accessories>system tool>system information>check on the model of your PC.Then type google.com on your URL.type in the name of the model of your PC in the search box.From there get on and get the driver Regards

Click "Download" from the HP website and click "Run" to install the high-definition audio (HDA) modem driver package. If the modem device does not work properly after the driver has been installed on your Windows XP computer, go to Step 9.

Click "Update Driver."
Update the "PCI" description drivers (PCI bus and PCI device) and any modem device that displays an exclamation point to the left of it. If the modem device does not work properly after the driver has been updated, go to the next step.

Installing Audio drivers may result in an error. But continue with the following steps to get the audio driver installed correctly.
Open the Device Manager:
1. Click on Start and select Run. Now type devmgmt.msc and press enter.
2. Right click on "Audio device on High Definition Audio Bus" and click Update driver.
3. Select "Install from a list or specific location"
4. Click Next. Then select "Don't search, I will choose the driver to install"
5. Click Next and then select "Sound, video and game controller" from the list.
6. Click Next and then click Have Disk.
7. Click Browse C:\swsetup\sp34200 folder and select the .inf (wis30b2a) file and click open and Continue with the onscreen instructions.
Similarly install Modem Drivers:
