My phone will not load. if it will load enough to finish turning on, it says something about there being an error and letting microsoft know. if it lets me send this message (which usually it won't because it freezes), the homescreen says "the display cannot be..." or something along the lines of that. it wont recieve or send phone calls or text messages or open any of the programs (the programs are not visible on the homescreen, and the start menu will not open). PLEASE HELP ME!

my v3x does it when i exceed 320 characters. i suggest that check out the number of characters you've been used to avoid converting your regular sms to mms.

after contacting motorola and the shop where the phone was purchased to find my web sessions page which is hidden in web access underneith stored pages I rang my service provider (o2) and they sorted my mms problem with a few easy to follow text messages. I recomend any readers with similar problems try the same thing. Cheers

Have u tried deleting other media like pics, videos, sounds............that can also occupy space.Maybe ur phone is so full of that media tht it does not have enough space left........how much of memory space does ur phone have?.............and have u inserted any memory card into it?

Ok, here is what you do to delete your messages in the inbox:

1. First you press your messages button where they are located
2. Now scroll down to where it says Inbox and make sure it is highlighted
3. Next press the button that looks like two pieces of papers one on top of the other...it is next to the OK button in the middle but on the left side.
4. Next you will see something that says Setup...press OK
5. Scroll down to where it says Cleanup press OK and you will see Inbox and Sent Items on there. Choose your Inbox ( you can also do the same for sent items)
6. Now just choose how often or how many messages you want cleaned up...then press the OK button.
7. It will automatically ask you if you want to do this now...choose yes

Now your inbox has fewer or no messages...
