We have a Sony KP-57WV600 big screen tv, our problem is that the "green tube" does not work. When it's connected along w/ the others the picture on the screen goes blank and you can only hear the tv but no picture. But when we disconnect it the tv works but the colors on the screen are real red and blue. What can we do to fix this problem or where can we buy the part we need?
You will need to replace the Green CRT your model uses the sony # 873365201 CRT. The other site I work for just got a shipment of Sony and RCA CRTs(Tubes) in on friday.
