When i select Messages icon in my GT-S5230 Toco lite phone, Initializing messages appears. After that messages doesnot open. So i am unable to send and receive SMS.

Hi, I would like to help you:)

Please remove the battery and Sim out of your mobile. Then press n hold the power button for 10 seconds. Kindly replace the sim properly as well as the battery. Now check your messages by turning the mobile on.
