There must be some internal Hardware problem with pc power convertor(220v to 5v)......
so i suggest u to change the pc power adapter...follow the below link for some of the perfect power adapters

hold the power down for 5 secs and it will go itno demo mode and then push the power power agian and it will trun off and thenn push th it one more time and that should work and if that does not work unplug it and leave it unpliged for at least 5 mins and then plug it back in .
